Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with CleanBot UK. By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

CleanBot UK is operated by CleanBot Technologies Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14897532). Registered address: 1 Tech Park, Innovation Drive, Manchester, M1 2WD.

2. Your Contract With Us

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. The contract is formed in England and Wales and governed by English law.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current UK rate (20%). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4. Delivery

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Delivery times and charges are shown at checkout. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days. Risk of damage passes to you on delivery.

5. Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

As a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at returns@clearbot.co.uk. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day returns policy beyond your statutory rights for unopened, unused items in original packaging. See our Returns Policy for full details.

7. Warranty

All CleanBot products come with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modification. This is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, our liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to CleanBot Technologies Ltd and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce it without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
