We want you to love your CleanBot. If you're not completely satisfied, we make returns simple and hassle-free.

30-Day Returns Guarantee

Return any unused, unopened product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.

14-Day Statutory Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it, even if you have opened or used the product, as long as it is in its original condition.

How to Return

  1. Email returns@clearbot.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll send you a prepaid returns label (for faulty/incorrect items) or return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible
  4. Drop off at your nearest Royal Mail Post Office or arrange a courier collection

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Original delivery charges are refunded for faulty or incorrectly-sent items
  • For change-of-mind returns, the original standard delivery charge (if any) is not refunded

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your CleanBot arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund
  • We cover all return postage costs for faulty items
  • Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a fault appears within 6 months, we assume it was present at delivery

Exceptions

The following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Consumable items that have been opened (e.g., cleaning pads once used)
  • Items damaged by misuse or accident
