Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Use this to track your parcel on the carrier's website (Royal Mail or DPD depending on service selected).
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. For delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Islands, please allow 1–2 extra business days. Unfortunately we do not currently ship outside the UK.
Missed Deliveries
If you're not in when delivery is attempted, the carrier will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot or Post Office.
